UNSW offers a variety of scholarships and awards to international undergraduate and postgraduate coursework students who are starting full-time studies at UNSW. The International Scientia Coursework Scholarship and the Australia’s Global University Award are among the scholarships available.

Number of Scholarships:
International Scientia Coursework Scholarship: Full tuition fee or $20,000 per annum paid directly towards tuition fees for the minimum duration of program.
Australia’s Global University Award: 10,000 for 1 year. Payment will be made towards tuition fees in the student’s second term of the first year of study.
To be eligible, applicants must be an international student commencing full-time study in a UNSW Undergraduate or Postgraduate coursework degree program (excluding PG online and UNSW Canberra) in Term 3, 2022.
For the International Scientia Coursework Scholarship, applicants will be assessed on the basis of academic merit, leadership skills (school, workplace or community), extra-curricular activities (sporting, cultural activities, volunteer/work experience) and reasons for undertaking studies at UNSW.

For Australia’s Global University Award, eligible students who have received an offer of admission to UNSW in Term 3, 2022 will be automatically considered. You do not need to submit any specific scholarship application or additional supporting documentation to be considered.
